Parade Day is Saturday, February 13, 2010!
- We are float number 71. Our float will arrive at the staging area between 9:15-9:45am.
- EVERYONE must be checked in by 10:15 which includes signing the waiver form. Remember, no checking in, no riding on the floatThe staging area is the same as every year (Big parking lot across from Busch Stadium and Patty O's)
- There is no parking in the staging area. If you plan to drive down, there are parking lots near the staging area but most will charge to park there. You can also take Metrolink and get off at the Busch Stadium stop.
- DO NOT Throw beads in the staging area of AFTER SIDNEY ST. We will get fined if we violate this important rule.
- The parade ends at Sidney St. Time permitting, we will be allowed to pull over briefly somewhere between Sidney and Arsenal in case anyone wants to get on or off at that point. This is the ONLY time that anyone can get on or off the float once the parade starts. If the parade is backed up, we will not be able to stop. If you plan to get on or off, be ready to move once we pass Sidney.
- As always, I am asking for volunteers to bring food and drinks (coffee, soda, water) for everyone to snack on before the parade starts.
- IT IS CUSTOMARY TO TIP OUR FLOAT DRIVER FOR DONATING HIS TIME. PLEASE REMEMBER TO GIVE HIM A TIP (OR I CAN COLLECT TIPS AND GIVE HIM THE ENTIRE AMOUNT)
